The AG App is back, and have now released elite daily training for you, completely free of charge.
These Daily functional workouts are written by our resident CrossFit coach and endurance athlete, Lee. The focus is on building a functional base around the core compound lifts, steady state endurance, and nasty heart pounders.
The general structure looks like:
- Monday: Strength
- Tuesday: High Intensity Intervals
- Wednesday: METCON
- Thursday: Steady State Cardio
- Friday: Strength
- Saturday: METCON
- Sunday: Rest
Given it’s summer and many of us are busy, these are excellent as standalone training or as a complement to your current training schedule.
You can honestly get in ridiculous shape just following the daily programming. They’re simple, fun, and challenging. If you’ve never followed CrossFit style programming, I highly recommend you give this a try.
We currently have 370 users on the AG app, and I would love to get that number up to 1000.
