Today marks the release of the initial app (v0.2.1) to everyone! I’ve received an immense amount of feedback, comments, and feature requests (300+) during the testing.
Over the next couple months, I’ll be building out many more features, to include:
Fully custom training based on history, preferences, and time allocations
Custom input workouts
Tracking bodyweight, PRs (lifting, running, benchmark METCONs)
Pairing with Strava, Whoop, Garmin, etc.

This app is completely free while in development. This is an early release, and v1.0.0 is still a few weeks away. The primary goal now is to allow as many of you to train to the Acid Gambit standard and start/continue making incredible progress in 2023. I am also considering starting a Discord server for users of the app / IG followers to better communicate for any questions, concerns, and discuss general topics related to improving training, health, and nutrition.
